Weekly Announcements

Services Inside the Building

For the foreseeable future, we will hold the Sunday morning worship service in the sanctuary, but will also broadcast it into the parking lot on FM 90.3.  For those of you attending inside, when you arrive at the front entrance, our ushers will ask you a few brief questions, take your temperature via touchless scan, and offer you a mask if you do not have one.  You can then proceed into the sanctuary.  You may sit where you wish with limitations.  Every other pew will be blocked and unless sitting with immediate family, you must sit six feet from your nearest neighbor.   Bathrooms WILL be available on the main floor.  Per state guidelines, masks will be required in order to enter the church building and must be worn while in the church building. The church has masks available, but you are free to bring your own.  Sanitizer available in the foyer, but we suggest bringing your own should you desire. Once seated six feet from your neighbor, masks may be removed.

Until Sunday School is able to resume in the building, the worship service will remain at 10:00 am.

All surface areas in the sanctuary, foyer area, and main floor bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized each Friday.  Therefore, the church building will be closed to ALL from noon Friday until Sunday morning to ensure everything is absolutely clean This will continue weekly until guidelines are lifted.  However, for any who remain wary of coming inside the church, the service will be broadcast on FM 90.3.   I know we all want to be back together in our church home.  Please know we have taken every precaution we can to ensure the safest inside service as possible.  Thanks very much, Pastor Al

Who's Your One?

 Operation Christmas Child 2020

We are excited to be collecting Shoeboxes again this year at Broad Run!
Our Goal is 250 Shoeboxes!

TODAY is our official Kick-Off Day for Operation Christmas Child!  There are Shoeboxes for you to take, if you wish.  If you are concerned with taking a Shoebox, due to COVID-19, we have created a page for Broad Run Baptist Church to help you safely fill Shoeboxes. Our On-Line Goal is 100 Shoeboxes.  Please share this link with your family and friends.  Let's share the hope of Jesus Christ.

To Build A Shoebox On-line from the Church website, please follow these steps:
From the Operation Christmas Child tab, click the Samaritan's Purse logo THEN Click on the "Build A Shoebox  Now" (under our Broad Run Church statement).  THEN Click the very next green box that says "Start Building".  If you select "build for me" or "create a goal page" your shoebox will not be counted towards Broad Run Church's goal.  If you have any questions, please contact Clara or the Church Office.

Every Shoebox is an opportunity to share the gospel!  Pray and seek God’s will for how many gospel Shoeboxes He leads You and Your Family to fill.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ~ During the National Collection Week, November 16 - 22, 2020 we will need several volunteers each day to help collect Shoeboxes.  Due to COVID-19 the National Collection Week will be DRIVE THROUGH ONLY Face Masks and gloves will be provided for your safety.  Our church drop off times will only be once a day.  Please pray about how God would have you serve during the National Collection Week here at Broad Run Baptist Church.  All of our collection times are posted here on our website on the Operation Christmas Child page.  Let's not allow COVID to stop the us from sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ!

If you have any questions or would like to Volunteer during one of the drive through drop off times please contact Clara Williams (540) 347-9109.
